Fixing Pages with the "Oh no" Error and Other Page Loading Issues
If you are seeing the "Oh no" error or another error code instead of a web page, it means that the browser is having trouble communicating with the site. The page loading may also be slow, or the page simply won't open.
If you encounter a page loading error, follow the steps below to fix the issue. To begin, refresh the page.
Usually, refreshing the page can fix the error.
In the top left corner, click on Refresh 🔄.
Ensure that the computer is connected to Wi-Fi or a wired network.
Try refreshing the tab showing the error.
It's possible that Lauth has stored information preventing the page from loading.
Clear Cache Only
This step will clean up stored and accumulated files in the instance.
Right-click on the instance.
Go to the option for browsing data > Clear cache.

Clear Cache and Cookies
⚠️ This step will clear access data and sessions. Make sure to have the login and password for the relevant accounts. The goal is to restart access.

Go to the option for browsing data > Clear local and cloud cookies.

Free up memory:
Close all tabs except the one showing the error.
