# Where can I find my login information?


If you have subscribed to Lauth directly through our official website, you will receive your login information _(email and temporary password)_ in the email you used during the subscription process. This information may arrive in your **inbox** or **SPAM** folder. Therefore, it's essential to check both. Once you find it, just set a new password, download Lauth, and start working.

If you haven't received your login information in your email _(inbox or SPAM),_ please contact our team so that they can be resent or we can check more details about it.

Note: **You can change the temporary** password within Lauth's browser settings.
